CLI で割込みを禁止して SP を作業用に使う（8086）。CLI が特権命令になってしまったので 386 以降のプロテクトモードのユーザーモードでは使えない。

（割り込みが入った時、コンテキスト情報に SP を保存して、別のスタックに切り替えてからハンドラを実行するような OS 環境（システムスレッド実装後の Unix はそうなっている（？））なら、特に割り込みを禁止しなくてもできる）
